All this is outlined, defining the purpose of each component and doing some preliminary testing and possibly a proof-of-concept or prototype. Clear communication is provided to educate the client about the process.
3 Finally, the software is implemented, tested and deployed. Depending on the type of software, it can be built component by component or page by page. A list of concrete milestones is set up to give the client the ability to approve all work before work is continued at each step. After delivery and final approval, an optional maintenance plan can be agreed upon for future changes and upgrades.
